Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software for industrial control systems using C programming.
• Customize existing code for the ABB Smart Communication card based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
• Document software design, code changes, and user manuals for future reference.

Tasks:

• Analyze existing codebase to understand functionality and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement new features and enhancements as per customer specifications.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to validate software performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by customers or identified during testing.
• Maintain version control and documentation of software changes using appropriate tools.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Success Metrics
