Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials for Business Management Systems (BMS).
• Ensure course content aligns with organizational processes and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and integrate relevant information.
• Update and maintain existing training materials to reflect current practices and regulations.
• Evaluate and incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve course effectiveness.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through various instructional methods.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Tasks:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Develop course outlines and learning objectives.
• Create multimedia content, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
• Implement learning management systems (LMS) for course delivery and tracking.
• Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance course accessibility and usability.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant feedback.

Success Metrics

• Percentage of courses completed by participants.
