SPS (Pakistan) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance department and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Implement cost control measures while focusing on efficiency.
• Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. (Master’s will be a plus)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience managing all elements of finance including accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash, and banking relationship
