Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Skilled in negotiating salaries, benefits, and job offers.
  • Ensures smooth communication with candidates throughout the process.

  • Strong verbal and written communication to engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Clear and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.

Job Description:

  • Build relationships with potential candidates for niche technology and service areas.
  • Assess talent availability to align with company service offerings.
  • Align talent pools with company objectives for scalable service offerings.
  • Hire and onboard potential candidates as per project demands.
  • Manage a flexible workforce strategy to align with fluctuating needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team to enhance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry hiring standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning.
  • Optimize the use of ATS, job boards, and social media for recruitment.

Qualification:

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or MBA with an HR focus (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management.
