Knowledge and Skills:
Required skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Good knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Experience integrating Power BI with SQL Server.
- Experience working with operational, industrial, or time-series data.
- Ability to design clear and user-friendly dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with industrial automation, motors, pumps, HVAC, or energy-monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and condition monitoring.
- Understanding of energy-efficiency reporting and performance benchmarks.
- Experience working with engineering or automation teams.
Job Description:
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for operational and equipment monitoring.
- Visualize equipment performance, energy consumption, alarms, trends, and key performance indicators.
- Build predictive-maintenance and condition-monitoring dashboards.
- Connect Power BI with SQL Server and other industrial data sources.
- Work with large volumes of time-series and equipment parameter data.
- Organize and group technical variables for clear analysis and reporting.
- Create data models, relationships, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
- Configure data refresh, gateways, and dashboard access.
- Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to understand technical requirements.
- Translate complex operational data into clear and meaningful insights.
- Optimize dashboard performance and support client demonstrations.
- Prepare technical and user documentation for completed dashboards.
