We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our Application Development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise web and mobile applications. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Proficiency in test case creation, defect tracking, and JIRA.
- Experience with API testing (Postman) and basic SQL.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and manage testing activities independently.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
- Identify, track, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and review testing artifacts.
- Support release validation and continuously improve QA processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience testing enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Postman, and SQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
