• Engage with customer executives to understand their strategic goals and align SPS offerings accordingly.
• Identify and propose new features and enhancements based on client feedback.
• Leverage the internship program to develop and implement new features efficiently.
• Document all client conversations and insights in BMS for future reference and strategy alignment.
