Job Description:

    1.Develop User Interfaces:

    • Build and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap or REACT and JavaScript.
    • Collaborate with senior developers to convert design mockups and wireframes into functional front-end code.

    2. Responsive Design Implementation:

    • Ensure web applications are fully responsive across various devices and screen sizes.

    3. Code Quality and Best Practices:

    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
    • Follow coding standards and best practices set by the team.

    4. Debugging and Troubleshooting:

    • Identify and resolve bugs in front-end code.
    • Use browser developer tools to debug and optimize code.

    5. Cross-Browser Compatibility:

    • Test and ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.
    • Address and resolve browser compatibility issues.

    6. API Integration:

    • Assist in integrating front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
    • Ensure efficient data flow between front-end and back-end systems.

    7. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with senior developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Participate in team meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

    8. Learning and Development:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
    • Actively seek opportunities for skill and knowledge improvement.

    9. Documentation:

    • Create and maintain clear and accurate documentation for front-end code and design specifications.

    10. Testing:

    • Assist in writing and executing unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.
    • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.

    11. Performance Optimization:

    • Optimize web pages for speed and performance.
    • Implement basic performance enhancements and caching strategies.

    12. Support Senior Developers:

    • Assist senior developers with tasks such as code reviews and project planning.

    Tasks:

    • Conduct regular meetings with customers to review cybersecurity compliance.
    • Leverage IT and OT security tools from Dragos, Tenable, Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, and Trend Micro to ensure compliance
    • Document the attack surface and identify key stakeholders using SMAP.
    • Implement remediation plans based on gap analysis findings.
    • Review and improve existing security policies and controls.
    • Coordinate and schedule risk assessments and audits.
    • Develop training materials and conduct security awareness sessions.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership on compliance status and improvements.

    Success Metrics

    • Percentage of compliance achieved against industry standards.
    • Number of identified gaps remediated within a specified timeframe.
    • Frequency and effectiveness of risk and vulnerability assessments conducted.
    • Improvement in security posture as measured by incident response times and breach attempts.
    • Stakeholder satisfaction ratings from training and awareness sessions.
    • Reduction in the number of security incidents reported post-implementation of remediation plans.
    • Timeliness and accuracy of reports generated for executive leadership.
