The People Operations Officer is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, and people-related processes across the organization. This role focuses on creating a smooth employee experience by handling onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HR systems management, employee support, policy implementation, training coordination, and operational HR activities.
