Job Description:
- Helpdesk & End-User Support Serve as the primary, always-available onsite point of contact for IT support. Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, network, and application issues for staff and residents. Assist residents with personal devices, Wi-Fi connectivity, email, video calls, entertainment systems, and other technology needs in a friendly and patient manner.
- Infrastructure Monitoring Proactively monitor servers, networks, endpoints, and critical systems. Respond to alerts and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- AV Support (As Needed) Provide audio-visual support for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and events. Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, displays, video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, etc.), microphones, and sound systems.
- Compliance Support Assist with HIPAA and other regulatory compliance requirements, including security policies, access controls, and basic documentation.
- Full-Time Onsite Presence Provide consistent, daily onsite support as the dedicated, embedded IT specialist at the Baltimore facility. Be readily available throughout the workday to handle urgent issues, preventive maintenance, hardware deployments, user training, and general IT requests for both staff and residents.

Job Qualification:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Experience supporting end users in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus
- Experience with audio-visual / video conferencing equipment is helpful
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills — especially with non-technical users
- Ability to work independently as the sole onsite IT resource while coordinating with remote teams
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
