Job Description:

    • SPS is looking for a dynamic, self starter, hard working, full time individual to joint its Accounting team.  The right person must have some experience in a computerized accounting system (Sage, QuickBooks etc) and must be well versed in Accounting principles. Experience in working at an International company will be a plus. Work could be on-siite or remote.

      Following is a list of some of the tasks and responsibilities that come with this job. 

      Responsibilities:

    • Preparing and sending Purchase Orders as directed.
    • Preparing and sending  Monthly and ad hoc Invoices as directed.
    • Maintaining Books of Accounts in the SAGE 50 Accounting system.
    • All tasks associated with Monthly Books Closing.
    • WHT and GST WH calculation, deduction and payment to the FBR.
    • FBR Sales Tax Returns and Monthly WHT Statements.
    • Filing with the Regulators
    • Assisting the Accounting Manager in Procurement (Getting Quotes, Preparing Comparison Statements etc.)
    • Petty cash management
    • Bills Payments
    • Coordinate and maintain Insurance plans for employees.
    • Assisting the Accounting Manager in Annual Tax Return
    • Record Keeping (Scanning, Sorting and Filing of bills, Saving data on server)
    • Assisting the Accounting Manager in the External Audit
    • Coordinating with the Accounting Manager on the above mentioned tasks and as well as the other Accounting tasks and duties assigned to him.
    • Maintain accounting reports and data in the SPS Business Management System  ( BMS)

    • Verify Node IDs & Device Communication: Use tools like UaExpert to verify NodeIds for connected devices (pumps, sensors, S500 modules) and ensure correct data mapping.
    • Support Configurator and On-Prem Apps: Contribute to the Digital Architecture Configurator, on-prem monitoring solutions, and smart pumping applications by implementing and validating embedded
    • Debug and Troubleshoot Hardware-Software Issues: Use oscilloscopes, JTAG debuggers, and logic analyzers to trace and resolve integration problems between embedded hardware and PLC systems.
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with hardware engineers, data engineers, and project managers to align hardware-software integration with overall ABB project goals.
    • Prepare Technical Reports & Updates: Document test results, user guides, and integration workflows to support knowledge transfer within the ABB and SPS teams.

     

    • Deliver well-documented, reliable, and tested embedded software within project timelines.

    • Successfully produce application notes demonstrating Novolink integrations with Rockwell and Mitsubishi PLCs.

    • Proactively identify and resolve integration challenges between hardware, PLCs, and SCC solutions.
