Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proficiency in designing and developing Appian applications, including process models, rules, and interfaces.
    • Strong understanding of BPMN concepts and workflow design principles.
    • Experience with integrations using Appian's integration components (REST, SOAP, etc.).
    • Knowledge of Appian architecture, deployment methodologies, and security best practices.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description:

    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand application needs.
    • Design, develop, and configure Appian-based applications based on specifications and user stories.
    • Customize Appian objects, including process models, user interfaces, business rules, and integrations.
    • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of developed applications.
    • Assist in the deployment and implementation of Appian solutions, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting for Appian applications, addressing technical issues and enhancements.
    • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for reference and future maintenance.
    • Stay updated with Appian platform upgrades, new features, and best practices to continuously improve development processes

Job Qualification:

    • Experience working on multiple full-cycle Appian implementations.
    • Knowledge of other programming languages (Java, JavaScript, etc.) for custom integrations or extensions.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.
