Responsibilities

• Planning and strategizing IAM deployment projects
• Conducting analysis of current identity and access management systems
• Designing IAM solutions tailored to organizational needs
• Deploying IBM IAM products, including Security Verify and Privilege
• Testing IAM solutions to ensure functionality and security
• Providing training to end-users and IT staff on IAM products
• Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM systems
• Collaborating with security teams to ensure compliance with policies

Tasks:

• Gathering requirements from stakeholders for IAM solutions

Knowledgeable in AMR systems like ACLARA, MS SQL Database. Experience in SAP ISU module will be a plus

Hands on experience in programming languages like .Net, C#, Python. Ability to design and develop custom software products using industry accepted architecture standards

Excellent written and Oral skills. Experience working with a water utility will be a plus. Exposure to technologies like Oracle ERP, SAP ISU, Maximo and ESRI will be a plus

Hands on experience in customizing applications like ESRI, MS Power Apps suite, SharePoint, IBM Maximo, Open Text etc. using languages like JAVA,.Net, Python etc. under the guidance of an SME

Ability to develop Data Warehouse related artifacts like denormalized tables, view, reports and Dashboards in Microsoft and Oracle BI technology  suite

Ability to design and develop Data Warehouses, ETL process and Identify KPIs and other data presentation and capturing strategies using MS and Oracle BI tool sets.

Leverage Azure ML, Databricks, and Python to build predictive models, advanced analytics solutions, and AI‑driven insights. Transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence through experimentation, feature engineering, and scalable model deployment.

Architect and develop modern data lake house and warehouse solutions using Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Delta Lake. Implement scalable ELT pipelines, dimensional models, and optimized storage layers to support enterprise analytics and BI workloads.

• Partner with the VP of Worldwide Operations to execute operational strategy across HR, Accounting, Legal, and Facilities.
• Own and manage the Paychex platform for U.S. operations, including HR, payroll, and compliance-related workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely data synchronization and reconciliation between:
• Offshore ERP (BMS)
• Global accounting system (Sage)
• U.S. system (Paychex)
• Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure financial data is properly reflected in Paychex for U.S. operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract management with customers, coordinating across Legal, Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Track and manage the lifecycle of contracts, including intake, review, execution, and compliance tracking.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across U.S. and offshore operational teams.
• Establish and maintain operational cadence (KPIs, reporting, reviews).
• Identify inefficiencies across systems and processes and lead optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Act as an in-office operational leader ensuring visibility, responsiveness, and coordination.

Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
2. 3–7 years of experience in business operations, consulting, program management, or similar roles.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution and manage competing priorities.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-system, and globally distributed environment.
7. Willingness to work onsite during business hours.

Preferred:

1. Experience with business systems such as HRIS, ERP, or accounting platforms (e.g., Paychex, Sage, or similar).
2. Exposure to contract management or legal coordination processes.
