Job Description:
    • Develop and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored for grant management, including customizations and integrations to meet specific grant reporting and data collection requirements.
    • Maintain and Enhance Systems: Ensure the functionality, stability, and performance of grant management systems by performing regular maintenance, updates, and enhancements.
    • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and grant management processes.
    • Custom Development: Utilize Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce to create custom solutions and interfaces that streamline grant management workflows and reporting processes.
    • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce grant management systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and customizations, and provide training and support to end-users as needed.
